Key Responsibilities:
- Providing professional customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Handling inquiries related to sales orders, promotions, installations, and product information.
- Ensuring timely and fair resolution of customer complaints in compliance with consumer laws.
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal departments.
- Developing and implementing initiatives to educate and inform customers about products, services, and updates.
- Analyzing customer survey results and creating targeted improvement plans.
- Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth order processing.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer service or related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
