Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating intercompany shipments from US facilities to international facilities.
- Performing tasks such as PO management, order status communications, export documentation, and transportation routing.
- Interacting daily with international partners, IBP, Distribution, Quality, and other internal teams.
- Processing intercompany orders for EDI or manual entry.
- Confirming POs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintaining orders by applying business rules, such as dating or splitting lines.
- Releasing order blocks to facilitate shipment execution.
- Processing customer returns, credits, and rebills effectively.
- Preparing and distributing export documents like invoices, AWB, and COC.
- Ensuring adherence to export regulations and guidelines.
- Providing backup support to fellow team members as needed.
- Performing other duties as required to support team operations.
- Serving as the single point of contact for intercompany shipments.
- Providing proactive and accurate communications to stakeholders.
- Processing intercompany orders efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborating with Supply Planning to secure inventory for intercompany customers.
- Ensuring products are properly registered in destination countries.
- Arranging cost-effective transportation that meets customer requirements.
- Preparing and distributing export documentation to facilitate customs clearance.
- Supporting red and white shipment processes.
- Ensuring compliance with export regulations, including IATA standards for dangerous goods.
- Processing returns and customer credits promptly and accurately.
- Assisting in preparing reports as needed to support operational metrics.
- Effective and positive communicator capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Experience in order management, export documentation, or international logistics.
- Proficiency in customer service principles and supply chain basics.
- Capable of sedentary work, exerting minimal physical effort (up to 10 pounds).
- Experience with ERP or order processing systems.
- Knowledge of IATA regulations for dangerous goods shipments.
- Familiarity with shipping and customs documentation.
- Previous experience supporting international logistics or global supply chains.
