Customer Service Representative
Location: San Jose, California

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support for sales, sales promotions, installations, and customer communication efforts.
- Ensuring positive customer relations by resolving claims and complaints fairly and in compliance with consumer laws.
- Developing organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform, educate, and support customers.
- Creating and implementing improvement plans in response to customer feedback and survey results.
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner.
- Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate service delivery and resolve product or service issues.
- Managing service requests, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
- Updating customer records and ensuring accuracy across systems.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proven ability to maintain professionalism and a customer-first attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient with computer systems and capable of learning new technologies quickly.
- Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or related industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce is preferred.
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and identify actionable insights.
