Key Responsibilities:
- Leading teams responsible for project management duties involving cross-functional collaboration focused on delivering internal products or administrative systems.
- Overseeing project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- Monitoring programs and projects from initiation through completion, interfacing effectively with internal customers or departmental personnel.
- Organizing project activities and coordinating interdepartmental meetings to facilitate communication and ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
- Analyzing existing business processes to measure their effectiveness and developing sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable improvements.
- Researching best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data for performance comparison.
- Collecting and analyzing process data to initiate, develop, and recommend new business practices and procedures aimed at enhancing safety, increasing productivity, and reducing costs.
- Determining how new information technologies can support the reengineering of business processes.
- Specializing in areas such as benchmarking, business process analysis and reengineering, change management, measurement, and process-driven systems requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline.
- 4 or more years of relevant project management experience, ideally with exposure to medical devices or healthcare software systems.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budget management, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with electro-mechanical systems, software, and hardware integration.
- Ability to apply professional judgment and meticulous attention to detail in decision-making.
- Experience with business process reengineering and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or similar project management credentials.
- Experience with change management and process optimization.
- Familiarity with healthcare IT solutions and real-time data sharing platforms.
