<strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong>
<ul>
&#9;<li>Support the company business plan targets and department key metrics in the areas of Safety, Quality, Cost, Management and Environment as assigned.&nbsp;
&#9;<li>Develop and maintain a professional and effective organization through selection, training, development, and motivation of all assigned personnel.&nbsp;

&#9;<li>Develop, supervise, and maintain own department in order to attain the company objectives and the scope of the business plan.&nbsp; 
&#9;<li>Maintain necessary control to keep expenditures within budgetary limitations.&nbsp; 
&#9;<li>Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.&nbsp; 
&#9;<li>Ensure the use of proper safety devices, equipment, and methods. Maintain a constant awareness of and take corrective action on hazardous conditions and practices.&nbsp; 
&#9;<li>Ensure an effective line of communication to all department and section managers at all times.&nbsp; 
&#9;<li>Prepare periodic reports or other data for presentation to the Plant Manager, and / or President, indicating record of achievement on established goals, recommend improvements and personnel requirements.&nbsp; 
&#9;<li>Support the environmental policy and objectives and be aware of the departmentâs job function has on the environment.&nbsp; 
&#9;<li>Commitment to customer satisfaction and the company quality policy and be aware of the importance of department activities and how they contribute to the achievement of the quality objectives.&nbsp; 
&#9;<li>Support quality sorting. Assembly or other areas, as required. 
&#9;<li>It is an essential function of this position that Associates be on the worksite in person to perform their job duties throughout each scheduled work week because TSIN operates most effectively with the kind of teamwork, personal interaction, and supervision that simply cannot be had in a home office situation.&nbsp; 
&#9;<li>Must be able to utilize customer specific portals and databases as they align with the above duties.&nbsp;

<strong>Qualifications: </strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Accounting or a related field.
&#9;<li>10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Purchasing, Production Planning, Inventory Control, or Manufacturing Operations.
&#9;<li>3â5 years of leadership or management experience leading teams.
&#9;<li>Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
&#9;<li>Good understanding of all accounting practices and procedures.
&#9;<li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
&#9;<li>Strong communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.
&#9;<li>Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
&#9;<li>Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred.

The CNC Programmer is responsible for programming and producing production and prototype machined products using CNC equipment and utilizing precision measurement and gaging tools to meet customer requirements.<br>

<u><strong>Essential Function / Duties</strong></u><br>

<strong>CNC Programming</strong>
<ul>
&#9;<li>Determining Tooling and Raw Material size requirements for machining processes based on finished product, fixturing, and workholding requirements.
&#9;<li>Purchase tooling to meet product requirements and result in reliable/sustainable machining processes (e.g., mitigate tool breaks and wear).
&#9;<li>Perform CNC programming and troubleshooting, and manufacture standard production and prototypes utilizing solid modeling and CAM software.
&#9;<li>Manage CNC programs (e.g., saving current version, transferring it to machines, controlling updates/revisions to the master copy, etc.).
&#9;<li>Manage tooling/fixturing inventory to assist with setup reduction efforts (e.g., 5S).
&#9;<li>Accountable for the documentation of process sheet instructions, prints, tool lists, and inspection procedures to verify sequence and conformance to requirements.
&#9;<li>Lead the culture of 5S by creating an orderly work area including machining equipment and tooling.
&#9;<li>Resolve machining problems and capture opportunities to achieve the current production schedule.
&#9;<li>Machine parts, fixtures, tooling with manual lathe, mill & grinding to support prototype and standard production.

<strong>Qualifications: </strong>

<strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong>

&#9;<li>Processing intercompany orders for EDI or manual entry.

&#9;<li>Ensuring compliance with export regulations.
&#9;<li>Processing returns and customer credits efficiently.

<strong>Qualifications: </strong>

&#9;<li>2+ yearsâ experience in supply chain, logistics, or related fields.
&#9;<li>Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP, is highly desirable.

&#9;<li>Understanding and operating FTIR spectroscopy, ICP-MS, XRF, UV-Vis spectroscopy, and gravimetric analysis, as well as other analytical chemistry techniques as required.
&#9;<li>Preparing, testing, and analyzing samples with accuracy and efficiency.
&#9;<li>Managing test request intake, aligning with stakeholders on preparation and testing requirements.
&#9;<li>Providing feedback on sample needs, testing methods, and results.
&#9;<li>Managing testing timelines and communicating delays or risks proactively.
&#9;<li>Interpreting, documenting, and reporting data to R&D, Regulatory, Biosafety, and Operations teams.
&#9;<li>Maintaining laboratory supplies, cleaning the lab, and ensuring compliance with WIs, SOPs, and EH&S requirements.
&#9;<li>Assisting in developing, validating, and documenting testing methodologies for raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
&#9;<li>Supporting the establishment and validation of new or existing compound identification methods.
&#9;<li>Conducting testing in compliance with cGMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.
&#9;<li>Supporting lab metrics tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
</ul>
<strong>Qualifications: </strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Bachelorâs degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field (highly preferred).
&#9;<li>Minimum of 3+ years of laboratory experience; chemistry lab experience preferred.
&#9;<li>Hands-on experience with FTIR spectroscopy.
&#9;<li>ICP-MS, XRF, UV-Vis, and gravimetric analysis strongly preferred.
&#9;<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.
&#9;<li>Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate cross-functionally.
